I agree with you on alot of these things.

I do feel that I'm betraying my girlfriend if I look at somone else on the street, so I don't. I was totally and 100% committed to her after the 1st date, and if she (or I) had gone out with somebody else shortly after that I may have been pretty upset...

It might be that you and I are only interested in serious relationships, because I know I am... I wouldn't go out with anybody who I didn't think I could very well spend the rest of my life with, and you said something pretty similar above. If I think I've found this person, why would I be looking elsewhere? If I don't think I have, why am I going out with this person? I 'aint lookin' for a "good time."
