No matter how good the players, it does take time to get used to playing together...even more so when they are also getting used to playing in another country (Pires at the Gunners took nearly two years to settle but now is a superb player over here)
True. The same can be said of Henry and just about any other foreign import. It is the toughest league in the world to get used to when you are not used to playing at such a pace.

Very, very good point. I don't think they will spend anywhere near as much money but then again if they get a new manager possibly. I have to say I think Chelsea has been appallingly run this season. Not just the Ranieri situation (who goes up in my estimation weekly), but they have handled players poorly too (Lampard at the moment).
I can see quite a few players leaving. Ambrosio, Melchiot, Babyaro, Huth, Gudjohnson, Gronkjear - none of them are good enough to be in that squad.
