There are a whole raft of issues where his government has identified the need for change but the change has often been completely wrong, misguided, out of scale and won't do any good. This can be seen all the way from Sobanes-Oxley (in response to Enron), to the patriot act, going via abortion and marriage issues all the way to the current INS controls.

As you know I would have voted for Bush in 2000. However the above legislation combined with a poor record in Iraq after the war would make me consider voting for Kerry this time round. However John Kerry seems determined to make me not want to vote for him, he has taken a stupid stance on many issues.
