You really don't. I know that you do not like Bush but he has not done anything really to warrant some accusations. If he were powermad then the whole world would be for the picking, Congress would be reduced to nothing and he wouldn't give up his position as President. Your arguments would be more persuasive if you got some perspective.

big nations have a tendency to be poor - that's a strange statement to make. How are we defining big here? Either way I am not saying that big countries can't be poor or corrupt, just that there are far more smaller nations. Think Africa, think South and central America, think Middle East all have many countries rife with corruption.
