I didn't say that Norway was corrupt and your politicians are powermad. But I don't think you can say that Bush is powermad either - if the US was led by someone like that you would know it.

Mexico is full of corrupt politicians because the country is poor not for any other reason. Take a look across the world there are far more dictators and abuse taking place in smaller countries thant the larger I would guess (with the noted exception of China that is a special case).

big nations have a tendency to be poor. You are right about mexico. I considered saying india, but it was blatant that it was due to poverty. I considered saying several countries, all big, all corruption-ridden, and all poor.
