I remember in high school, we had a lot of people who wanted to distinguish between "seeing each other" and "dating" and "girlfriend/boyfriend."
The thing is this: after that many months, you should know whether or not he's worth being your boyfriend. I say this is the time you should decide. Are you going to be exclusive, non-exclusive, or not together at all- and then you have to let HIM know what you decide.
