Most non Americans have no problem with people having a go at their governments, the US seems to though and takes any criticism as Anti-American. I don't get it.

The US for some reason, is incapable of any sort of criticism, without labelling the person a hippy or a communist. They're always fired up about civil liberties and free speech, and at the same time seem oblivious to how they are being stripped of it all.

Here, we're always poking fun at the government, seriously and critically, as well as satirically and light.
