Yes, I took a Confirmation name Dylanfanatic - 11/04/2004 12:05:45 AM

I made mine last year, It was right after I really started taking my faith seriously so I'm pretty sure I understand how important it is to you.

I couldn't stop smiling after the annointing with the Chrism oil.

Will you be taking a name also? It was not necisary for me but I wanted one for me to take a patron saint for myself. I chose Paul because he was such an outspoken Christian with such stong faith and I would like to have that spiritual courage too.

I took the Confirmation name of Vincent de Paul, for the patron saint of charitable works. I too want to emulate what he did.
