i was in dortmund in september, the beer has really big heads on it though and small measures, but table service is good.
general rule: the more in the north, the smaller the glasses. The heads are often too big at occasions like football matches etc. You should complain if the actual amount of beer doesn't reach the gauge.


I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it.
