It's been a while since I've been in chat, my usual hangout. It's been even longer since I've bothered to post. I'm not a very talkative person. I don't like speaking about things that touch me in any way, especially not something like this. But Kory is worth it.
Kory, I didn't know you half as well as I should have while you were with us. That's a mistake I still regret to this day. Though the time we knew each other was so brief, I was changed by what I saw in you.
You had such a good and caring soul in you, my friend, that is so hard to come by these days. Your generosity to your fellow man serves as an inspiration to all who know you.
If only my poor words could be a substitute for the greatness we saw in you Kory. If only there was some way I could spread the light you shined upon this little part of the world.
But I'm not that good at writing, and I'm not that good at trying to inflame the hearts of this world with everything you are and everything you gave. Instead, all I can do is write this paltry tribute.
This is to Kory, whose light may be dimmed, but never extinguished. To Kory, who will live on forever in the minds and hearts of all who know him. To Kory, who still touches us even to this day. See you soon, buddy.
