Well, with the sentence originally given by you (and the song) in french, german being my mother tongue and english being the language of this board, anything less would have been a big surprise.
*envies your abilitiy to speak german fluently* mine's awful..
It means something like "It's handy if are lokking for an adventure od a certain kind in an french-spreaking country (almost wrote "France" here, discriminating half of Belgium and some more countries)", but describes this much better.
