here a wee quiz for you would be statmen

1. Name the european player who has played in 5 european cup finals.

Maldini at a guess. He has played for AC Milan forever and there was a period when they were completely dominant.

2. Name the player who when he left the premiership had only scored one goal for his club,but at his new club became top scorer.

Difficult question. My first instinct was Milosevic but I think he scored more than one goal. I need some more time on that one.

This is a complete guess - what about Darko Kovacevic? He played in the Premier league, didn't do much, then went abroad and played well.

3.Name the 2 players who have won the FA cup,Champions league,premiership and European (national) Cup.

Peter Schmeichel has got to be one. It has got to surely be a Manchester United player to have one the CL. That really only leaves Silvestre.

The other has got to be a German, a Frenchman, or a Dane.

4.Name the 5 cities that have been represented in the semi finals or better at european cup level, by more than one team.

Milan (AC and Inter)
Madrid (Real and Athletico)
Belgrade (Red Star and Partizan)

Those three I am sure on. London I don't think has done very well in the Champions Cup. I think there has to be a scottish one in there and the easy answer says:

Glasgow (Celtic and Rangers)

I'm not a hundred percent sure on the last one. I was thinking maybe a Dutch or Beglian city, as all the English ones that have done well in the Champions Cup have been from different cities. It was causing me great pain until I remembered an old footy computer game I used to play that had European teams that've done well. These two teams were in there and it is another Scottish city so I think even more reason for you to include it.

Dundee (Dundee and Dundee United)

I'm sure Dundee United made the semi's in the early to mid-1980's. But Dundee is a bit of a guess.
