Was some sort of combination setup, with payments also going to individuals. THough I admit I don't see that in this article.

Well I didn't click on the link for the whole article, but going on what was in the original post, money going to individuals was not there. That's why I think maybe this suit is after "bigger" issues than money. This is why I titled my first post in this thread as "think" - don't assume you know what the whole thing is about. I certainly make no claims on knowing.
