During the Gulf War a Marine sniper had him "in his sights" for about three days but was never given the order.

With Saddam nothing more than a fragment of a protein, bring in the ships and drop off the Marines (which should by then include yours truly ), and make like it's 2002 all over again and install a provisional government and all that.
1) No, leave the Marines here this time. I'd rather have my brother home, thank you very much.
2) If you do get you'd have a whole lot of training before you'd get sent over. Given timetables, you probably wouldn't be sent to Iraq.
