and fine the people who bring cases like this to court. Something has to be done to stop lawyers and plaintiffs who are willing to tie up resources and play on the emotions of society while in search of a jackpot victory.

one of the reforms i like is that if you lose a case or your case is dismissed, you have to pay the legal fees of both sides. period. it'd stop every frivilous suit out there.

Frankly, I don't know why anybody listens to actors about anything other than acting. Since when does the ability to fake emotions on cue like a sociopath make one an expert on anything?
