OVEN BAKED FRENCH FRIES
2 lg. baking potatoes1/4 tsp. paprika3 tbsp. Parmesan cheeseNon stick vegetable spray
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Under cold running water, scrub potatoes, then pat dry. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
In a plastic bag, mix Parmesan cheese with paprika. Then add potato wedges, a few at a time into the bag; toss to coat potato wedges.
Spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray and place potato wedges in a single layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp. Serve with ketchup.
Makes 4 servings.
