Just shelves upon shelves, most about 1.5-3 feet long, at random heights, no real continuity, just wherever they don't obstruct other furniture. Most are filled with books, though a few have some small tasteful statuary, or the occasional Jesus Dildo on display fo kitsch value.
Against one wall is my couch - it's old, and somewhat ratty looking, but it's VERY comfortable. Theres a wooden board under the incredibly thick cushions so it isn't too saggy y'know. The couch is about 7 feet long, so I use it as a bed - saves space for more shelving y'know.
Across the room from the couch is my very own wallscreen, about 4 feet by 4, hooked up to cable, a couple of game consoles, etc. My laptop sits on a small desk in the corner, along with assorted junk that needs to be at a desk.
The ceiling fan whirrs on as my foot hits your ass on your way out the door. I'm expecting some company, so I need to break out the good bed.

One always dies too soon-- or too late. And yet one's whole life is complete at that moment, with a line drawn neatly under it, ready for the summing up. You are-- your life, and nothing else. - Garcin, No Exit
