What flirting techniques work on me? Well if I dont know the person already and i'm out somewhere and they start glancing over at me and catching my eye, and then glancing away quickly, but smiling to themselves, i'm hooked. Especially if she starts flipping her hair. I will ask a girl for her phone number if she pulls all of that off.
