Have you ever thought of joining any one of the defence forces?
My older brother (a Marine) has informed that if I ever consider enlisting he would beat me bloody with a brick and ask me to thank him. 
He'd rather keep me out of it, as you can see.
Or have you already BEEN in an army type thing?

it really depends on the degree of regimentation
Do you think soldiers shouldn't bother with the actual thinking part of war? Or does it really matter as long as they do the job?
I would prefer that soldiers think..
Why would someone JOIN the army to begin with? To be a hero? To be regularly paid? WHAT? tell me.
To serve their country, to become more focused, to earn money for college, etc.
What sort of people join?
