no, I was married when I lived in Northern Germany

the museums in Amsterdam, Madurodamm, Kuykenhoff (I believe that was the name? the big royal tulip gardens anyhow), Leiden, the open market in Groningen, Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, a really nice restaurant on a canal barge.

clean, friendly, historical buildings, pleasant people.

don't know, but given my experiences with the Dutch in general, I would probably say yes.
