Which is why I was wondering what he meant, too. He bugs me, as he makes some sweeping statement, then doesn't explain himself.
I was going to say that, because from what I've read of him, he tends to do that a lot, but for all I knew, the next few sentences that you didn't quote were one of the very few times he did explain.
