I should probably say it is not all like that..that is a bit of an extreme example, but true nonetheless.

I love when Englishmen (it is always the English, isn't it?) complain about the uneducated speech. Well, I guess it all stems from Mr. Higgins in My fair lady lol yes. I do not understand it either. But then, I think lots of things about english people are odd...
I'll have to get some of the actual quotes by grammarians....some of them are really quite amusing...
