well.....how about......
roast pumpkin, sundried tomato pesto, roasted capsicum, eggplant, zucchini enc lettuce baguette?
Roast Chicken, dijonnaise, tomato, parmesan cheese and lettuce?
Not a "dead chook" person, me. Smacks of left-overs and thus genteel poverty.
Chicken Takatala (a sweetspicy african sauce) cucumber and lettuce?
Mmm. I could handle that.
shaved ham, camembert cheese, avocado and lettuce?
That too.
roast chicken, sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander and lettuce?
That dead chook again
roast chicken, avocado, cream cheese and lettuce?
And again
those are some of the baguettes I like. You don't like them?
Not all.
dad, your tastes seem to be....how to put this.....not that refined You really seem like a meat pie and fisha nd chips type man. I'm just concerned about what you are able to eat when you travel and also that at your age you eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. As well as non fried fish at least twice a week.
Fruit and vegies are for the birds Pies R'us !!
I am far more the pastrami and sun-dried or salmon and cucumber type person (add lettuce to taste). Get your fish into you son - lots of Omega-3 - good for the ticker.
Don't get worried. Mrs Druid and I have a first home, cooks policy. If I get home first, lots of fruit and vegies get bunged in the pot(s). If she does, then it is all sorts of strange things on the plate.
