So my question is this: What do you do to get to sleep? Not necessarily when you're having trouble sleeping, just on a normal night. What's the process you go through mentally and/or physically to shut yourself down?
Meh...I get too little sleep as well.
I normally go to bed...maybe 11pm.
I read for a little while, then turn out the light. If I can't sleep, I read a bit more.
Normally, drinking water helps me sleep.
Or I go and watch TV, to wind down.
