Breast reduction is medically necessary for quite a few women. When your boobs are so big that you have chronic back pain, it's no longer a question of whether it's pleasing to a man or not, it's a question of living in pain for every day of your life or not. Usually they leave quite a bit of the breast. It's just not as big as it used to be. Something to consider when getting breast reduction is whether you plan on breastfeeding your children or not. They usually try to leave as many milk ducts as possible but many women have found that they cannot produce enough milk for their children after the surgery and have to supplement.
Well, if you get to the point of chronic pain, then it's time to get them reduced, regardless of what the guys say.
As far as augmentation, I personally don't understand why someone would put themselves through the pain of having very large breasts. Most women however, don't enlarge them enough to cause back pain. Just enough to give them some cleavage.
Most women that get them just get them because they didn't have any to begin with. Once you get them so big they stop looking good and start looking...sick.
In a society where so much emphasis is put upon people's physical characteristics and where womens breasts are sexualized so much, it's no wonder that most women unhappy with their breasts. They either wish they were smaller, or wish they were larger. It seems there is no happy little middle ground in this debate.
Well, you also have to take into consideration that not every guy is looking for huge breasts. I could care less how big they are as long as you're still attractive. As long as they're there (and I get to see them ) then I'm in the "happy little middle ground"
