and she is white (only 11 yrs old).
we live in a very diverse city, but the school she attends is largely hispanic. and, if you are not hispanic, you are treated badly by the other kids, and, most of the adults are hispanic and are not always neutral.
If it's possible, you might want to consider moving to an all white neighborhood with an all white school? I know that sounded worse than it is meant to sound. But let's look at the facts, Ma'am.
