to complain? Or, perhaps you're looking at wrong. By complaining, maybe we will avoid that the country in which we live will ever get as bad as the countries that have it worse than us.

Complaining does nothing. N O T H I N G. If someone really wants to change it, the real way to go about it would be to start doing something about it and then rallying people to the cause. Eventually enough pro-active people will accumulate that things will change. What makes our country great is not that people are free to whine, but that they are free to change it themselves.
