is that the overall commander-in-chief has an effect over how the war will run. I don't know anything about how Bush would/will conduct this war. My point was not supposed to be against him (frankly he gets too much bad press), but rather than to point out that two people can run a war in different ways, even if they are aiming for the same ends. And that there is something about Powell that would make me trust him.


It is one of the things Lini is for, taking the blame. She usualy deserves it even if I don't know how.
