What exactly is an honest and fair war? How does one prosecute a war fairly, as opposed to in a manner to benefit himself and his cronies? Do you actually think that if the "face of war" is someone who appears the reluctant warrior, that the troops involved will react differently? That a soldier thinks about his Commander-in-Chief's desires before he pulls the trigger?
