i agree, americans tend to be arrogant. but i think the bigger problem is ignorance. americans tend to focus only on themselves and america. it's all about 'me, me, me!'. every one is arrogant, you cant just label americans arrogant. Some americans are arrogant, but so are some british people, or some germans, or some loasians. Every country has arrogant people, and you cant just say, well they have so much money the must be arrogant. And since when dont focus in on ourselves more than any other country. We came into serbia, even though we didnt really have anything to do with it, just to help people.
but i don't think this is an american fault to any appreciable degree. american's express resentment towards people of all nationalities which would seem to indicate that people of different backgrounds sometimes rub each other the wrong way--which i think is perfectly understandable.every country has people who resent other people, you cant just say americans do so.
