I've always been someone who can take pain. If it's caused by someone else, well...I get irrationally pissed off...can't be good, but actually helps the pain...

When I had my son, well...taking pain is a different story there. I went into it planning not to have any pain medication because I thought I could take the pain. Well, it's pretty bad. It just keeps getting worse and worse and lasts longer all the time. I had to get an epidural. Yucky! I don't like the idea of that needle in my spine, but I sure loved the relief.

This time, I'm going to try again to go without meds, but we'll see. Maybe they'll let me move around a little more to keep my mind off the pain.
