1. Do you like to sleep?
Very much so.
2. Do you prefer to sleep during the night or during the day?
I would prefer to sleep during the day.
3. How many hours of sleep do you get, on average?
Depends. When I can sleep, I sleep as much as I can. Some days 10+, others 1-2.
4. Do you remember your dreams when you wake up?
Usually.
5. Have you ever suffered from insomnia?
It's a constant battle.
6. Has there ever been a time in your life when during the time between laying down in bed and falling off to sleep you dont like the images that come to mind?
Yes.
7. Have you ever prolonged going to sleep for fear of those images?
Yep. Stay awake till your body practically collapses into exhausted sleep. There's also been times when my body and mind were so tired and I wanted to sleep sooo bad, but no matter how long I laid there with my eyes shut, it didn't happen.
8. What is the worst nightmare you have ever had?
It involved me having 'powers' or something. I got angry and made the wind start blowing really hard. Then I thought I woke up, and I couldn't feel the bed under me or open my eyes. I was floating above the bed. Then a voice in my head said, "You better stop, or they'll kill you." Then I floated back down to the bed. I wanted to get up and open my eyes, but I still couldn't. Then I started to spin around on the bed, with my head going under the covers. It was sooo realistic. I could feel the covers moving over my face and the air would get 'stuffy'.
Did that make any sense? Anyway, when I finally woke up for real, I was terrified. I don't even know why really. It wasn't that scary. I also used to have a recurring nightmare about a tidal wave hitting while I was at the beach.
9. Do you snore? moan? sleepwalk? talk? in your sleep?
I do occasionally snore, usually when I have a cold. I also talk in my sleep, but I know of only one instance of me walking in my sleep. However, my husband does all of the above and adds on some extras. Such as thrashing about and trying to roll over on me and squash me!
10. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
I could sleep on either side, but my husband has gotten attached to the right side. So theoritically (sp?) I sleep on the left, but usually more towards the middle.
11. In which position do you sleep in?
On my tummy.
12. Do you need an outside stimulus such as tv to fall asleep?
Actually, I need a complete lack of outside stimulus to sleep.
13. There is no 13.
