I hate these types of post, they make me feel SO bad. I hope you know that you can always talk to us about ANYTHING, I also are not very good with words in these types of situations (not talking about my spelling ) but I can tell you that I am sorry for your loss.

You are one of the nicest people that I know. I'm sorry.

I'm not sure what else I can say apart from the fact that I wish you a long life, and not to remember him as one who did not take your advice about the road, but as the man you loved.
