You will have to look in the specialist SF/F shops. Whereas Erikson, here in Australia, is on every bookstore shelf, like Jordan, Martin and Douglass, Glen Cook is only available at import shops in original US editions - Tor or Baen or whichever one published him - the website I put in as a link, should have more details on the publisher.
Well. The problem is, although the bookshop I frequent is a sf/f english bookshop, it's still in sweden, and thus very small. If they judge no market for cook, they will only take him in at request. 
shocking indeed.
However, they had erikson quite a while... and were quick with gettign in HoC... 
so I guess they are not totally bad... (But they did order too few copies of CoT. They apparently have taste too, regardless if they ahve more preorders than what they get... hmmm?)
